A major therapy area within LEO Pharma needed help in developing and implementing a major strategic initiative outside of its normal marketing activity.
This was an unusual project for us, one that required new knowledge and skills but also a deep understanding of the commercial and regulatory environment that constrains our marketing activity. In addition, this pan-European project involved the facilitation of a multinational project team within tight time constraints. Dr Brian Smith promised to meet all these requirements and exceeded our expectations. Not only were we able to develop a rigorous, practical strategy; we did so whilst building the team. We would definitely recommend PragMedic to other pharmaceutical marketers.
