PragMedic worked with DPC in an extensive UK programme to help them develop marketing strategies for the In Vitro Diagnostic market in response to the changing and emerging needs of the NHS

PragMedic helped DPC work through this important, complex decision making and to see beyond ‘emotion driven’ past decisions, with professional group management and innovative suggestions and strategies. DPC has benefited from this help as the learnings have been extended throughout the organisation, helping us to identify the route by which we will develop in future. DPC is seen in the IVD market as a highly visible player with a clear and positive message.
