PragMedic worked with Cranfield School of Management to help Baxter’s Medication Delivery Group create practical competitive strategies on a pan-European basis.

We have worked with Dr Brian Smith and the Cranfield team on marketing strategy planning. The process really helped us to clarify and simplify what kind of product and service differentiation we should offer to different types of customer, and why. Our team continues to use the principles learned in this training.

PragMedic worked with Cochlear Europe to review its strategic marketing plans and to give recommendations.

Dr Brian Smith thoroughly analysed our current strategic marketing plan. We then had a workshop with him to see what was good and where there was room for improvement. This helped us to further refine the plans and make them fit to the environment we are competing in. The Marketing Due Diligence approach proved to be a highly efficient method to tackle the real issues first.

PragMedic worked with the Diamond Trading Company (the sales and marketing arm of the De Beers Corporation) on a web-based project to help their distribution partners create strong and effective marketing strategies.

We needed an unusual set of competencies on this project. Firstly, we needed absolutely leading edge thinking in competitive strategy. Second, we needed sensitivity to the unique context and culture of our industry. Finally, we needed the flexibility and commitment to 'burn the midnight oil' to meet deadlines on a very big project that was extremely important to us. PragMedic exceeded our expectations in all three respects. We took an industry-leading step in strategy implementation and received hugely positive feedback from our partners. It's very rare to meet a consultant that can blend expert knowledge and implementation skills in this way.
